    Thanks so much. My textbook made it look like that NADH was reduced first before acetyl binded to COA. But your animation said that 2 electrons and 2 protons were held by pyruvate dehydrogenase and eventually it reduced NAD+ to NADH after acetyl-coa left which made it easier to understand.
