I loved that we got the coach's reaction from this angle. Wrestling coaches are all the same at every level, jumping around and excited whether they are at a 5-year-old's tournament or the NCAAs.
This is 100x better than Jenkins pinning Taylor. Jenkins was a RS senior returning NCAA finalist pinning a RS Freshman. This was a sophomore going pinning a 6th year 3x NCAA champ whos coach called him the greatest of all time.

Put yourself in his shoes…. His wrestler has one of the greatest collegiate wrestlers of all time on his back in the National semi-finals. You can’t blame him for being amped up like that.
@@angusrocks6464 I get your point as well but for the most part they stayed behind the white line and stayed clear of the inner circle. The secondary official told them to get back and they followed his direction.
It was never tarnished 😂. Bros a 3x Ncaa Champ, 3x State champ, 2, hodge trophy winner, 3x big 10 champ. How is that tarnishing someone’s legacy? Make it make sense.
@Jay.ferreal it 100% tarnishes his legacy. One of the core principles of wrestling is that if you lose, you get up dust yourself off and go for the next best thing. He lost a lot of respect by not wrestling back and no he was not hurt. What he showed was that if you cant win, quit.
The highlight of one persons life, and low light of another's, all in a blink of an eye. This is why this is the best sport.
Very true.
100% so true
no he just got packed. everyone does at some point of a career
Man that’s crazy!!! I was searching for the live audience take. Thank you for posting. Respect to both wrestlers.
the animated coach jumping up and down, during the final seconds was funny....lol

wow! I was looking for a video from the public! Thanks for posting!
Still wanting to see angle with the Brands reaction during it.
Me 2
That’s the best camera angle i have seen. Nice work.
Still SHOCKING…WOW!
Thank You for posting, great camera work. 👏
If Ramos doesn't change his right arm to an under hook half way through the role lee comes out on top
Yep. Genius move. Sink it before you think it.
Thats why Ramos is a good wrestler.
Great view ~ thank you for sharing!
Thanks for the different view!! Still awesome
imagine if he went on to win the championship, what a story book endeding, he lost the finals sadly
His name is still in the history books for this
History books....ummmm no
I remember them buzzer beaters man........
To have been there and recorded Spencer Lee getting pinned by Matt Ramos deserves a ( Hell Yeah ! )
Almost better than when dt got pinned his freshman year by Bubba Jenkins

That ref didn’t want to slap his hand on the mat
You mean likee the ref during the Lemley vs Woods match?
Lee lost, rby lost, woods lost, some big upsets but lots of excitement.
Cue Spencer Lee's mother acting like a child ...
