- Installing a rack and pinion/steering rack brace for you Vanderhall Venice. This has been seen on a couple of Venice models online and most recently, our very own NTVO member Hank's!

What was the solution provided from Vanderhall? The solution shown here looks pretty well done, but would like to know what Vanderhall considers a solution.
It's 2 thin plates for each side. It might beef it up if it's not already broken off but it would not fix it once the tabs shear off. They proved no real solid solution from the factory.

My steering rack broke. 2018 Venice. Same issue. Tabs tore away from the subframe. The factory steering rack design is weak at best.

I could see why the tabs broke off on the rack and pinion while drilling of the holes for the plate the drills going through like it’s some kind of pot metal ? Also known as Chinese metal🤪😂😂🤓🥴

Correct... they redesigned it and it looks to be much better from '20 and up
