I would drop that intercooler down a bit more. It's blocking the headlights and doesn't need to be that high. Bend two more bottom mounts to allow it to set a couple inches lower to allow the headlights more room.
I understand your point, the reason I left it at that level is due to how low the Vander hall is to the ground. I fear any lower on that intercooler and it will start to scrape on steep inclines.
What can I say, CJ. This video shows some more things apart than an awesome restoration. You are an amazing person. Just congrats. A bunch of them.👏👏👏👏👏👏
Perhaps you should considder airbrushing or hydrodipping the hood, just to make it pop. And perhaps have a pro welder double check your welds just in case. Other then that, nice rebuild. The Vanderhaul looks sick.
It's nice to see performance mods on a Vandy. Too many owners go for the massive wheels, LED light explosion and audio gear overload. This is meant for driving. 🙂
Love it CJ, buuuuutttt you’re going to have a boost leak at those joints to the intercooler. It looks like you clamped one hose onto another hose. It needs a length of hard alloy pipe at the join to clamp onto, I didn’t see this on the video. I fear you will get running issues as it is. 👍🏻
i sware if i was near by would have bought it from you , I love this vehicle a lot wish I cld drive this once. Thanks a lot for this legitimate video.💐🙏🏻
Ye ye man this is the best and mind blowing project🤯 you did till now awesome bro just loved it I wish I could have the chance to drive this beast wonderful 😊 bro keep making this kind of content love from India bro😎
hello from france ! nice job! but i think you inverted the side windscreens, they should be going down to protect not horizontaly and yellow for the hood would be nice too anyway congrats i surely wont be able to do as you do
cheers mate! The license plate goes on the rear left side of the back shell, i am just waiting for my state to make it as it takes 2-4 weeks for them to make and ship to me
Maybe it's just me but I think the flat black wrap on the hood doesn't look right. I would have gone with a gloss black to match the rest of the Vandy. I also think that you should consider dropping the intercooler as it appears to interfere with the headlights. Just my opinion, other than that nice job.
Wow just no that intercooler get it off and put the proper one on. As for that radiator get one for the car, now let's get onto that JB weld holding a pressure sensor on clues in the name. I could go on with this death trap
Hi brother, actually I have a problem with my vanderhall that when I turn off the engine the front & back lights stay on I can’t turn off even with the ignition switch in park position. I should disconnect the electricity from the main battery
Not a fan of the matte black... but to each their own. Styling is subjective. That said the front is definitely not complete. Where is the grille, lower bumper, etc.

I was just going to say the same. It looks ugly like this. Maybe you can add a small alu protector as well.
Absolutely agree with @Wolfmots, I think you could drop it down maybe an inch to clear the headlights better.

Thank you mate! cheers

from what I've read, getting parts from Vanderhall to complete this rebuild is a modern day miracle
Nice job on the Vandy, CJ. Proverbs 14:23 "In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty."
Great job! If you have time, it would look so much better if you wrap the gloss black parts in the flat black.
So cool man👍.. I think if you wrap that hood with carbon sticker it will be more beautiful.. please name him Bumblebee😂
Congratulations on another fine rebuild
Great job CJ! you have turned into a great mechanic!!
Excellent build Congrats on sticking to it for a beautiful Vanderhall!
It's nice to see performance mods on a Vandy. Too many owners go for the massive wheels, LED light explosion and audio gear overload. This is meant for driving. 🙂
The switch is from you ac coil. It’s an air con pressure switch
Thanks Andrew! Makes sense now that you mention that, as the vandy doesn’t have any AC so it’s just chillin
@@CJMediaOfficial no worries. Keep up the good work. Watching from the U.K.
Congrats CJ 🎉🎉🎉🎉
So good to see you back in action
One Badass looking machine love it.
Perfect Work

Great job CJ, on other opportunity make some footages on this ring, high revs, drags and the pure sound of the engine.

Great job🥊KO
Love it your work is so good keep the vlogs coming🙏
Looks amazing CJ. Only input I have are the headlights. They should go up a bit. Perhaps maybe a Baja Designs Light bar instead.
@CJ your side wind deflectors are on the wrong sides... switch them around for better wind protection. 👍
That was Awesome!
Cheers man!
CJ your are the Boss!!!

Nayese GT ❤❤
Restoration sport matic brotherr ❤
Malaysia 🇲🇾✅
CJ nice rebuild but you have the swing arm brace is on the wrong side. It belongs on the shock side of the swing arm.
Thanks mate! You are right I will need to change that around
We want r1 back😢
First comment!!
👊😎
@@CJMediaOfficialYour side windows are definitely on the wrong sides
Hallo this Sensor from beginning the video is a Pressure sensor from AC Pipe Aluminium
Boa tarde ruivinho neste domingão!
You outdone yourself again. Great job! Your videos are educational and entertaining. Question: Where is the license plate?
cheers mate! The license plate goes on the rear left side of the back shell, i am just waiting for my state to make it as it takes 2-4 weeks for them to make and ship to me
hey bro keep up the great work ! i hope all is well :D
Good job, nailed it as always!
I saw a KTM swing arm around there :0 new build?
The best
Great build but the hood just doesn’t look right! Needs to be painted to match!
BRAZIL!
The music when you wrapping the hood? 🙏
I own one , he'll of a job man
Sensor looks like a pressure sensor for the ac

nice dud
Not hating but I really hope those welds hold up. Having that front end coming apart when driving it is not hoping you want to see happening ;)
Hey i see you new moto KTM DUKE It makes me nostalgic that was my first motorcycle ❤
I wish this came with a removable roof
Did you jb weld the bung for the boost sensor 😂? Why not just tap and thread the intercooler?
Can we get an update on the ford transit.
Terrific outcome, was it cheaper to rebuild than a good second hand one or was it about the challenge?
Bought ‘17 Venice this spring with 10k on odometer for $16k. But you got some upgrades now.
Can't put a rubber hose over top of another rubber hose, without putting metal hose between it it's going blow apart
Just met you on 23th garage liked your attitude had to come over and Subscribe and check out the channel

Legend focused on KTM Duke❤❤
❤️🔥❤️🔥
Wery nice
Hopefully, you flushed out the intercooler after you drilled into it. Wouldn't fancy metal shards floating around...
Exactly right, I actually used a vacuum while drilling into it so any metal pieces would get sucked up right away. The Timelapse is pretty fast sorry
Those blood stains are still in between the seats bro!!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
What was the issue with the radiator fan not turning on?
How much does it weigh? How bad is the torque steer? Seems like it would be pretty cocky being turbo.
❤
Hi brother, actually I have a problem with my vanderhall that when I turn off the engine the front & back lights stay on I can’t turn off even with the ignition switch in park position. I should disconnect the electricity from the main battery
Hi cj..
Im from Indonesia.
Still waiting mv brutalle..
Hi!! Sorry for the delay, parts are practically unattainable
@@CJMediaOfficial Yes, it is ok. I'm still waiting for the update.
nice...😁😁😁
Philippines🤘🏼
I saw ktm Duke behind you
🤘🏼🤘🏼
Did it come with AC bcuz i saw a fan button and i thought it was for a AC.😂😂
CJ Why aren't you posting daily videos? ❤️❤💐
U have a tig, why did you do that? Oh my gosh, its hurt.
What is that yellow light on instrumen panel ?
It shows that the subframe is still bent.
First comment bro ❤ love you bro
Put a yellow stripes
wtf 22 mil dolares 😱😱😱😱
Not a fan of the matte black... but to each their own. Styling is subjective. That said the front is definitely not complete. Where is the grille, lower bumper, etc.
Would be good to be able to hear it instead of music..
Stamp sold on lot numbers that you sell.
Nothing fits right because that subframe is bent. The hood fit is awful.
Hey CJ, you tig weld the frame but JB weld the boost sensor, did you clean the previous owners blood off the seats?
Nice job
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Also, dealer in ohio right now selling Venice for 19k. Maybe not worth the build
