Great cook Troy! These are definitely on my list to do soon. I just bought a case of pork belly that I am making a lot of bacon with...

Man, that pork belly burnt ends looks so good! Cheers, T-Roy!

I live in New York City so I don’t have a backyard or a grill or a smoker... but Troy I loooove your videos man, one day I will barbecue like you, one day.
Another saved video for my BBQ list.... looks simply delicious 🍖🍺👍🏻
T-Roy never leads me astray. I used a good part of this video to make my first pork belly burnt ends. Just posted my video of them on my channel. Thanks T-Roy
Those looked amazing T-ROY! Great video.
Thanks brother, I appreciate you watching!!!
Those look damn good! Definitely going to try these.
They look delicious, Thanks for the video 👍
Looks awesome man. I need to do some of these. Maybe superbowl.
Man Troy you knocked those out the park!! Great job brother!!
Great video as always. I’ve done these myself several times. Pure meat candy!!
I had my eyes on the one right below the one you took. lol awesome simple how to. thanks Troy.
That looks so good. I just got my WSM 22, I'm working on smoking bigger meats. I'm great on steaks, chops, salmon you know, the thin stuff. I want to get better with Pork Butts and Beef Shoulders. They are coming out rare to med-rare. I guess with bigger smokes, I'm going to start using a meat probe that doesn't stay in the meat for the whole time. I'm getting better every time I use it. (With staying at home I smoke like twice a week) Have a good one.
That is looking good, I am going to cook some this weekend!!
Troy, absolutely beautiful pork belly burnt ends ! Scott’s rubs are really good too !
Yeah, Scott’s rubs are delicious!
Wow T-roy, those look amazing. I think they may actually qualify as a dessert!
Yes, yes!! Looks awesome brother, cheers!
So many layers of flavor! Man I have never tried pork belly burnt ends, but now I think I might have to!
I really hope you do give it a try. It is rich, but soooo good!!!!
Nice job Troy!!
Awesome as always!
When it comes to pork belly, you do an A-plus job brother!! Also, with the BBQ mix, you could use that as a gravy for rice if you want. Even though it's not as thick, it could be a game changer. Again, great job!!
Smoking a chuck roast right now after watching your video on that. Thanks T-Roy
Hey T-Roy.
Hey T-Roy, have you ever used two neodymium magnets on each upper corner of the Weber smokey mountain door? It seems to seal it pretty good, a low budget fix for the leakiness of the door it comes with.
You can get neodymium magnets formed with handles on them or use the kinds with hooks on them that people put on refrigerators so you can easily remove them.
Looked fantastic!
Gotta love PB burnt ends. Nice cook!
wicked video sir.. come this summer (well as soon as it warms up a bit here in Ontario) and I'll be rocking a Jerk version of this/your recipe. Luv it!
Thanks brother, I bet it’ll be some fine eating!!!! Cheers to ya!!
I made these a couple months ago, and thought “why did I wait so long in my life to make these?” The are on the menu for the Super Bowl this year.
Great video as always. Cheers from the Jersey Shore.

Banging as usual mate
This could very well be my choice for Video-of-the-Year (so far). Smoked Midwest sweet heat is one of my current favorite rubs... I plow thru it like nobodies business. That's gotta be the finest batch of pork belly, ever!!!

I’ve been watching Troy and Justin and the guys for quite awhile now always great videos. I never knew you guys were from the Austin area. I’m gonna be in town next Thursday night and am looking for some good Eatin. What are some places you’d or other commenters recommend.
BTW coming from Wisconsin so I don’t know much about Texas bbq
Great Looking product, I havnt seen pork belly where I shop but Im going to have to look for some. What does porkbelly run a pound. Have you ever considered a whole beef shank, it be for pulled beef. I seen another channel cook 30 ponder it looked fantastic and what I liked he claims cheaper than Brisket. Did you use water in water pan on this cook.
Awesome Stuff !
Love me some pork belly, and those burnt ends are the best way to enjoy them :)
I’m headed to my local store. I saw pork belly there. T-Roy burnt end are on my menu tomorrow
Just so delicious Troy....what else can I say!! What's a good use with the leftover juice?? Cheers bud!
Do you pre-soak it in water to reduce some of the processed salt that is in the packaged pork belly ?
Man, I’ve got the same dial on my WSM! 😂😂 Cheers, T-Roy. -Micah
