Get the Osmo pocket/GoPro clamp mount attach the wireless module put it on a suction cup on car drive and use phone to move while driving get some awesome rolling shots of whatever you want and even make a nice roller video of friends awesome car 👌
The microphone adapter + mic does not work in the wireless module connection.... Yeah, that's a bit of a bummer. I was going to do a video about that question - just haven't gotten around to it. I don't know if that is something that DJI can enable at a later point via firmware or not. I'm guessing maybe not, because otherwise why would they limit it to start with...
Just bought wireless adapter, already had a pretty expensive high end 128gb microsd (had issues with slower ones), this does 4k/60 etc.. with no issues. Bought a 3rd party accessory kit; tripod, connectors, chest harness etc.. but im thinking the £50 for wiif is largely pointless... its just a wireless bridge to the phone. I thought it might unlock more functionality... maybe use as a webcam...come to think of it, its £50 wasted reallly. The osmo 2 only cost me £200 thanks to amazon warehouse offering obscene discounts just for open boxes (despite still having 30 day money back and 12 months warranty). got a feeling ill be returning it unless some application for wirelessly controlling the camera PTZ style is somehow useful??
It depends, if you want to set it in a location and remotely control the video capture by phone - then it's something that makes sense. Some of the use cases may be limited.

Thank you for the video.
Thanks for watching!

Has anyone else out there been using this wireless module? amzn.to/2lodZEh What do you think? Any cool uses that I haven't thought about?
Hi, with the wireless module attached, can the mic adapter + mic be plugged via the wireless module's Type C connection? Will it work?

is it covering the mic on bottom of camera?
There is a small channel in the bottom that should let the mic still pickup. What effect on the sound is questionable.
can i use wireless microphone in osmo pocket 1
I don't think that the DJI wireless microphone works with the Osmo Pocket 1, as far as I know - only the Osmo Pocket 2...
Can I charge the osmo pocket once I install it?
Yeah, there is a USB-C port on the back of the wireless module that will allow you to charge the Osmo Pocket.

Am I able to use the wireless module away from my home away from internet using data or do I always have to be around a wireless connection
This provides a wifi signal that you then connect to with your phone... So you can use it anywhere.
@@TisforTech now when I'm away from Wi-Fi and my only choice is data on my phone the wireless module won't work ...it says it requires Wi-fi

I wonder if it is compatible with pocket 2
I believe that it is compatible with the Osmo Pocket as well as the new DJI Pocket 2.
