Getting Into the Endeavor Mailroom

Following up on my video titled "Working at The World’s Largest Talent Agency", I wanted to give some insight into the process that I actually went through to get into the agency. It was competitive and took some time but hopefully my experience can help anyone who's trying to figure out how to navigate their own.

Hey Troy, I would definitely love to talk sometime I am finishing up a marketing degree at the University of Alabama have no real entertainment experience, but endeavor is a company that I really want to work for. I want to be in Nashville and they thought of working in a company like you have described really excites me and brings out my passion. Me really having no entertainment experience as a major I feel like is gonna be my only issue although I do play in a classic rock cover band up here in Tuscaloosa and manage our dates so I don’t know if that could help me at all.
