I just witnessed a warfarin clinic as a pre-reg pharmacist yesterday and the pharmacy technician went through everything you did with me! And I learnt the colours of the tablets and corresponding strengths pretty quickly. White tablet is 500 mcg or 0.5mg, brown tablet is 1mg, blue tablet is 3mg and pink tablet is 5mg.
On warfarin since August 2019. 31 years old when I had pulmonary embolism and spent 9 days in the hospital. Have never felt the same. Feel like I've never gotten back to 100%

That's great information but I truly believe my mother would still be alive today her name is Eva manfredini if her doctor wouldn't have given her such a high dose and would have monitored her medication properly thanks a lot doc-Rest in peace.This drug is extremely dangerous if it is not monitored!!!

I am currently on Warfarin, new to Warfarin, I recently got a stroke and brain damage, I am 29, I started to have tight throat which makes me harder to breathe, Globus sensation after taking warfarin, I once stopped for 2 days and symptoms got much better but my Doc said Warfarin does cause such symptoms, is it true? I really think it's causing as I never had such problem before only started after taking Warfarin. Thanks a lot , it would be great if you can answer me.

Please try and respond to whatever you can. 1) can I get my ear pierced? 2) I know alcohol should be taken in very limited quantities but what about cigarettes and what about vaping? 3) Will it be okay to use Marijuana instead of alcohol /ciggies? Can cold weather affect inr number? When weather is colder my inr number is changing. At the end of November and December my inr numbers were weird.
