The keyboard is an Ensoniq sq 80. Novation-> MIDI IN -SQ-MIDI OUT->Matrix You can build quite complex midi setups with the sq80. Alternatively just route both controllers in ableton/fl studio etc

You would have to program an editor template for the novation. Another option is to download a free software editor or buy an ipad editor

Did you use some Matrix 1000 template for your Remote?
Carlos Valenzuela I programmed some of the sysex parameters for the novation but the slow CPU of the matrix is a problem.
