It's a sunny day in Mango Park and Linda is out for a stroll when she is approached by a boy who seems lost. He asks to use her cell phone to call his father to come get him. She allows him to use her phone but when she gets it back, she gets an alert from her bank app that $200 has just been transferred. Linda is infuriated and demands that the boy return the money. That's when the boy's father arrives and Linda learns of their unfortunate situation.

I know the boy was trying to help his dad, and the ending was great... but the boy needs to know there are consequences for his actions. She should have him come to her restaurant every day after school for a couple of hours and do things like sweep, empty the garbage, and help clean up until he has worked off the $200 he scammed from her account.

This woman was no Karen lol. She allowed the boy to use her phone and was scammed. When she caught up with his dad and him she offered help and they accepted. After the kid admitted his guilt she was right to call the cops then she heard their story and didn't phone and helped
