Crazy Karen Calls Cops On Black Lady Shopping In High End Boutique. Shocking Ending

- Carol and her son Danny have plans to enjoy their Saturday together. Before the fun begins, Carol has one stop to make first; the mall. Much to Danny's chagrin, they stop into a boutique so Carol can shop for a new dress. While browsing, she finds the exact dress she has been searching for; however, another customer is holding it. Carol tries to convince the other woman to let her have the dress, but she is not convinced. Finally, Carol goes full crazy Karen mode and decides to call the police, claiming she was assaulted by the customer. When police arrive and question both parties, it appears as if Carol is going to get her way. That is, until, a video surfaces of the encounter, filmed by none other than her son, Danny.

Great message at the end of the video. The great courage of the kid. The policeman was so eager to have the situation over. He wanted the lady to give up her dress or be arrested. No one apologized to the lady with dress.

The son did the right thing and it’s a great life lesson for young and old alike. However, I think that the Karen really should have apologized to the other lady instead of just apologizing to her son. Missed opportunity, Soulsnack.
That, and I don't buy her going from "attacks a woman over a dress" crazy to apologetic after being exposed by her son. In reality, someone like this would get outraged at the police officer not doing what she wanted and scold her son for exposing her.

If the lady saw the dress yesterday why hide it? Why didn’t she just place the dress on lay-away or have the manager place it on hold until the next day? Most stores are willing to hold an item for a few days before putting it back on the floor.
It was nice of the second lady not to press charges. It seems as this act of kindness was done for boy’s sake. However, the lady who lied called and the cops should have apologized to the other lady. This would have taught the boy another lesson to apologize to the person you have wronged. Still a pretty good video.

More Realistic Ending: Carol gets outraged at the police officer not taking her side and screams at Danny for exposing her. The customer presses charges against Carol and also lets the officer know she'll be filing a complaint against him for not doing his job properly.
And the customer adopts Danny.

Carol and Danny were being in the same mall as the nice lady, it was Carol's doing when she profiled her rival for being Black , a supposed thief and unable to afford the dress they were fighting for, nearly tearing it!!! Calling the cops was her mistake, she was spreading lies to the police but Danny had seen his mom go ballistic on her rival!!! Danny recorded Mom doing the deed and would tell the truth to the police, even if Mom goes to jail!!! It will be too late for apologies by then, Danny is disgusted by his Mom's attitude!!! I don't think Officer Jacobs did a good job. He automatically sided with the white woman without any evidence, didn't check IDs, didn't try to ask for security camera footage or witnesses or anything. Had it not been for the kid showing video proof of his own mom being in the wrong Jacobs already had the other woman in cuffs ready to escort her out.

There is more than one thing wrong with this video. If you noticed, when they walked in the door, it had "Office" written on the door. Clearly this office was used to film this, and the film crew didn't notice that.
