What You Need:
• champagne
• gin
• lemon
• sugar
• ice
• cocktail shaker
• strainer
• champagne flute
How You Do It:
1. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Add 2 ounces of gin.
3. Add 1oz lemon juice.
4. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar.
4. Shake shake shake shake shake.
6. Strain into the flute.
7. Top glass with champane.
8. Garnish with a lemon twist.
9. You’ve just made a French 75. Cheers!
