We love this drink: the Gold Rush. If you really want to make it pro, combine a tablespoon of honey with a tablespoon of boiling water to make an easy syrup. Otherwise, a nice heaping tablespoon directly into the shaker should impart enough sweetness.

What You Need:
• bourbon
• a lemon
• honey
• rocks glass
• ice
• cocktail shaker
• strainer
How You Do It:
1. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Add 2 ounces of bourbon.
3. Add the juice of a half lemon.
4. Add 3/4 ounces of honey (or to taste). 4. Shake shake shake shake shake.
6. Strain into the rocks glass.
7. Garnish with a wedge of lemon peel.
8. You’ve just made a Gold Rush. Cheers!

I like the idea of the 60 second cocktail. It offers enough detail but nice to get it in about a minute. This drink is similar to a sour...I will definitely try it though as I love honey. Nice work.
