I find it much harder to make new connections as i get older and i doubt I would do well if i moved someplace totally new.

The video shows manhattan beach, which is not in los angeles or the westside.
Its considered the South Bay, and it has a totally different vibe from LA.

I know so many people tjat have left la/oc/ca for LCOL states and regret it, despite the "savings"

I actually did it once when I tried living in Boise and I moved back 6 months later. lol! So, that's why I'm cautious doing it again.
