I have worked my whole life, raised on a farm, started cutting timber when I was 15, then I was in the trucking industry as an owner operator till I retired. I said all of that to say this, I am proud as I can be of you younger people doing what used to be the norm, working your own way through. Finding out what it means to struggle and pushing until you make it. Thank you for standing on your own two feet.
My kids couldn't afford to go to college. We knew we couldn't afford those loan payments. Why should we pay for everyone else's loans. Why should the elderly? People who paid their loans?
