My partner and I have just discovered your channel! We have changed our dietary habits and I’m down from 408 pounds from April of last year to 251 pounds as of today. Of course my partner is taller than me and 160 pounds so in pictures when we’re standing together we looked like the number 10! Lol, now I need the Ninja! Thank you for sharing! We’ve liked and subscribed.
Here’s a glitch to the sugar free. Get some allulose sugar substitute, mix it with your sugar free drinks or sodas like Coke Zero and you have a sugar free frozen drink. 2:27
Yes! I made a video trying sugar free drinks using allulose. They turned out pretty good! Thanks so much for watching! ua-cam.com/video/Y_gBDE9al18/v-deo.htmlsi=N1UwMQvWUGCRFnaK

Yes I figured that out after I made this video! I made a video about it! ua-cam.com/video/Y_gBDE9al18/v-deo.htmlsi=F1t_pIE6TOnzUgfp Thanks so much for watching!
Have you experienced any of the mold issues with this device? UA-cam Channel "Know Your Produce" posted a video titled "Ninja Slushi Cleaning Issue, received new vessel, same issue.." And I just ordered the device from target. I am trying to figure out if I should keep or return the thing.
I haven't, however, I am in a Facebook group for the Slushi and it is a known issue. People are saying it's from using milk in it, and it's at the joints. It's definitely a design issue, so I don't think replacing the vessel will fix the problem. I have made milkshakes and haven't experienced it. However, the peach juice drink I made in this video stained the vessel. It now has a slight orange tint to it. lt isn't a huge issue, but it is a bit annoying. They are out of stock of the vessels at the moment, so I can't get a replacement yet. But I can still use it - nothing serious like mold! I would tell you to go ahead and keep it unless you anticipate making a ton of milk based drinks in it since that seems to be related to the mold problem. Thanks so much for watching I hope I was able to help!
Have you tried running it for an extended period? I made a batch last night and it shut off after about 2 hours, not sure if it was because it got down to half a glass of Slushi or if the list 12 hours was supposed to be 2.
I haven't tried to run mine for an extended period yet. It's supposed to run for 12 hours according to the manual? Hmmmmm...I will have to test it out!
I just got the ninja slushi today I'm having trouble getting the slushi to dispense I'm using diet soda and alulose it freezes but does not come out. I have tried it on number one don't know if I'm leaving it on too long. Any suggestions
I have noticed this happening if I'm only using the 2-3 serving recipe, (which is what I used in the video). This happens because there's not much in the vessel and it gets pushed to the very front and then doesn't dispense easily. I've had to tip the machine a bit and smack the front of the vessel a few times to get it the slushie to fall down. If you make the 4-6 serving recipe or larger this shouldn't be an issue. I hope this helps! Thanks so much for watching!
I've been seeing so many "slushi" makers popping up over the summer at various department stores. All require ice. Never heard about this one. I just checked, and in Canada, it's coming out Nov 1 2024 for a SRP of $399.
I would try to snag it on November 1 because it sold out in the US quickly! I really wanted one but I wasn't going to pay $1000 on Ebay lol. Hopefully you will be able to get one easily! 😃
You can drink the milkshake with a straw, so I would say it's thinner than a Wendy's Frosty. I haven't deviated from the recipe yet, but you could add more heavy cream and increase the temperature to potentially make it more like a Frosty? Ninja also makes the Creami which is their ice cream maker. I haven't tried that one yet but maybe something you would like? Thank you so much for watching! 😃
I really wish you could use low sugar or sugar free drinks in it. We have been making a lot of milkshakes, but not slushies as much. I wish I could come up with healthier drinks to make in it! Thanks so much for watching! 😃
I just made a video testing 4 of the sugar free recipes from the Ninja Test Kitchen website. ua-cam.com/video/Y_gBDE9al18/v-deo.htmlsi=bMLODcJV1EyXvVCH Thank you again for letting me know about this!! 😃😃
I bought the machine and really like it. However I just wish it wasn't so dependent on sugar. Everything that goes in this machine is sugar. The mix, the alcohol, the additives, everything is sugar. Because of that, I have to make sure that we use our new Ninja Slushi sparingly. Which is a shame for a $300 machine.
I do agree with you! I made a video with sugar-free recipes that work in the Slushi. Check it out here ua-cam.com/video/Y_gBDE9al18/v-deo.htmlsi=cR1HtkJkchEi1q8J There are more sugar free recipes on the Ninja Test Kitchen website. Let me know if you have any questions! 😃

It'll work on sugar free drinks if you add a sugar substitute.

Is the milkshake texture close to a soft serve or a wendy's frosty? I'd be interested in this machine primarily for milk shakes.

Yes u can it is ways around it
It should be a CON on Ninja about sugar or alcohol content. That's not their fault, that's physics.
I think u can only use sugar free & diet slushies when u put allulose in it & it'll freeze it without the calories & added sugars
I am going to try this!!! Thank you so much!!!! I was hoping there would be a way to make sugar free slushies!! 😃😃😃
Any buyers remorse yet?Thanks!
