II checked a agriculture land where farmers are forming in land for 30 years..when we checked survey number in dharani and also bhuvan portal, their land is showing half in another survey number, can we take that land? please someone reply
You can’t reliably bank on Dharani and Bhuvan maps. You have to get a Mandal survey done and make sure that the farmer’s ground position is in the Sy number mentioned in the records. Make sure to get a panchanama done on the day of survey. If as per Mandal survey the actual position is falling in a different survey number you will have problems going forward.
just for that non sense , why should they keep all these name sake bodies hmda dtcp rera .... no hyderbad resident voted for crongress all village people voted for congress , what we have done .. why govt is killing a middle calss person dreams ...

Even in hmda approved, plot survey numbers need to be checked in dharani if probhited or govt land
If Sy No is in Prohibited list or is a Govt land HMDA is not supposed to give LP No. They usually don’t give permission.
