Aparna sign board that you have shown in RR7 extension is Aparna's biggest township which comprises of 500-600 acres layout having big villas ,apartments,malls,hospital etc which touches till hmda mokila layout
7500 per sft in couple of years for sure. Because standalon projects are charging 6.5k within city like chanda nagar, puppalaguda..etc
I am sure price will be stable or slightly lower for next couple of years. Please don’t invest now

Bad time to buy in hyderabad unless it is for own consumption.
Prices will be stagnant for the coming few years.
Stay away if it is for investment.
Buying in desert Amaravati at 50k per Syd makes sense but buying Hyderabad Mokila at 70/80k does not make sense. 😂. Great logic

What about shankarpalli
Hyderabad looks like ghost city with somuch devlopment but no souls in them. The areas near ring road, so many construction happening, checked out with sales people there and they are getting 1 or 2 clients in a week for site visit. At this rate god save the devlopers

Nice coverage Sourav. The reason for the delays in stretch near kondakul railway gate is due to the govt. school which is planned to be shifted to else where.

kollur is not good option. It's already overpriced and you have many options in other places.

Think of your finances. How much you keep on buying a house vs renting same house etc. If you really want to buy a flat request you buy in a standalone building rather than gated communities.
Place is something you need to decide based on Commute, schools, basic necessities you have etc.
