I am having the same issue. There is no phone number for the stores to call Klarna. I was advised to open a new card for a refund since my last card was only a one time use card.
@@yesibot.2051 hi, exactly the same situation, aliexpress confirmed the return, but clara won't accept it because of the temporary card, I don't know what to do, did you somehow solve this issue?
@@MrTayda The advice given to me from the store was to create a new card on the app to have my funds refunded. I spoke with Klarna on the phone they told me they had not received the refund money from the store and the jewelry store told me they had sent the money 💵. I won’t mess with them ever again 😢
@@yesibot.2051 I recently linked my bank card to the payment method and my money was returned to it, for the goods that Aliexpress itself cancelled for which I paid through Klarna using a temporary card and which I had already paid and I did not have a debt to Klarna
I returned an item back to eBay. eBay should have contacted Klarna for my refund. I returned it April 29 th. It is now May 13th. Still no refund
