This data is taken from the World Cube Association. With every average of five compiled and calculated to represent the amount of time it takes the average Cuber for each event.
These are the results ;)
Really nice video bro.....
Now I really think I'm good as I'm faster in all of those than average
THANK YOU SO MUCH, I'M SUBBING RIGHT AWAY
Thanks :)
:) I’m glad you enjoyed :)
@@futurecuber24 yes I did xD
Really neat! Keep doing these kinds of videos!
Thanks! I will :)
Nice vid! Small correction: For multi-blind, the world record is 58 points, since it was 59 solved one unsolved.
He still solved 59 cubes tho
@@bm1x718 True, but the average was displayed as points, so I'd assume the world record would use the same units.
I get it, but the video clearly says that the world record for most *cubes solved* not most *points* so there is no mistake
@@vgtcross That's true, but the average uses the metric of points, so I figure for purposes of unit standardization the world record should also be points. But you're right in that it is not a mistake.
Yeah, it would make sense
Wow, I'm faster than the average in all the events that I do. I used to think I was slow, lol. Btw, good video, I liked that WatchData type theme 👍🏻👍🏻
Me too
@@rishikmahith2885 who asked?
@@reserrr5225 he is just sharing his opinion tho
@@Zebra-ke1rn he said that too someone else in another comment for no reason so i thought id do the same to him
Me too cuz I don’t cube
1x1: 11:36
The UWR for the 1x1 is 8 minutes 59 seconds set by an anonymous person!
I always struggle at the part where you fix the yellow with the 1x1, I just can’t do that
How to solve the 1x1 cube if it doesn't even have pieces? It's just a colored box already solved because it doesn't even have parts
@@gabriel_pogorzelski You dont get the joke...
@@gabriel_pogorzelski you can’t be serious right?

Good to know at 40 years of age I'm faster than average on 3x3, Pyraminx, Skewb and Clock and pretty much right on average for 4x4, not bad considering I was 38 when I solved my first cube.
I hope I'll be like you when I'm 40
I'm 40 something (can't remember) and I'm right there with u
@@danilochik what's that? Working an average job and raising 3 kids barely having enough spare time to cube or game?😂
@@DownUnderCuber Similar to Tingman but he has 2 kids
wow ur faster than me on 4x4! impressive how you can do it at that time
I've been cubing for 4 years, on my first year I got my first 10.96 single and official Sub 15 Avg of 5 at home. I peaked 10.55 single in competition with a Sub 14 average after a year and a half but ever since lost interest in cubing because I just couldn't improve beyond sub 12. My best average of 3 was around 10.3 and I can definitely see the future the average time would probably even drop to 25 seconds instead of 30 because of modern technology. Thank you for making this video I was looking for these statistics but couldn't find them :)
Please help me
I am switching to cfop and rn I know beginner f2l and averaging around 3 minute by implementing f2l into beginner method and my beginner method solves average around 1 minute please help me
@@manassharma412 same
@@manassharma412 learn 4 step oll and pll. Learn a more efficient cross (j perm has a good tutorial)

You just earned a new sub
Very cool, very good effort
Wow nice video!
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it :)
Great stats!!
Man you are very good in like every thing
That’s great to know also on bigger cubes it won’t be as accurate as you will find it’s mostly good cubers rather than a lot more people on 3x3
Thanks for making me feel good about myself.
The first time I solved a 3x3 it took 16 years, I'm a lot faster than that now!
Bro which software do u use for editing?
which software do you use to edit?
You deserve 1trillion subs
All blind events: no (I currently cannot complete blind solves, though I am learning)
7x7: I was as fast as the average person until I switched to Yau, now I’m 1 minute slower on average.
6x6: I average 45 seconds slower than average (even after switching to Yau)
Feet: never learned
Megaminx: I’m about 1:10 slower than the average
5x5: I’m only 20 seconds slower than the average on this puzzle
4x4: I am the average on this puzzle
Squan: I’m about 90 seconds slower than average here (I’m still learning CS and how to turn fast)
FMC: I average 30 moves slower, since I’ve never practiced real FMC techniques
OH: I’m about 10 seconds slower
3x3: I average almost 10 seconds faster than average here
Clock: I’m about 5 seconds slower than average here
Skewb: same as clock, actually
Pyraminx: I’m 3 or 4 seconds faster than average on this puzzle
2x2: I’m 1 or 2 seconds faster than average here
hey. I had a question? How many people in world are sub 20 or sub 10(ref to wca comp)
At first I was like “there’s no way it takes the average cuber over 2.5 minutes for a mega mix! Then realized how long each step was individually and realized I myself probably took over 3 moms
bro took over 3 moms💀
@@m3nny125 you know what? I’m not fixing that typo. It’s staying there cause why not
@@daforkgaming3320 bro has no shame 💀

I avarage abt 3 minutes but i got my first cube 2 days ago, so am i good or bad?
Thanks because snow I’m no longer depressed after I saw the 3x3 average. It took my mind of on how bad I am at cubing
I got my fist cube 4 months ago and I can solve a 3x3 in about 30 seconds average (18.194 PB) and a Megaminx in about 15 minutes, but I never watched a tutorial for a Megaminx and I'm only using my 3x3 experience. I have solved the Megaminx about 6 times. The first time took me about 45-50 minutes.
Nice
I average around 22 seconds for 3x3 but around 3:30 for 5x5 and 1:45 for 4x4. Obviously i know what I need to practice more in.
Once I get my New 3x3 speedcube, I will train many algorithms
What is 3x3 FMC ?
Nice Im like 5 seconds away from the average 3x3 which is cool since ive only been cubing for 3 months
420th subscriber :)
Is it just me, does the chapter say probability comparison instead of, say, average times
Ah, thanks for pointing that out :)
I’ll change it as soon as possible
In the end that was a nice way of saying ''look, I am at the top 1%!!!''
I really only do pyra and its nice to know my average is on this list
i haven't cubed in a while but i still have a ~20-24 second average, used to be sub 20
I average sub 19 do you have any tips how to be sub 15? Btw really nice video keep it up.👍
I average about 25. My pb single is 17 and my pb average of 5 is 22. Any pointers to improve on f2l or cross? I have good lookahead with almost no pauses but I struggle to be more move efficient
Bro I learnt full oll and pll but still sub 20
@@user-lq2gn6qn1s i dont Cube anymore but my ofiiccial pv on tournament was 11 second and in home 9.69 second ☺️
What about the ivy cube and all the Moyu cubes?
I average 21 seconds. Plan on cutting that down to 15 seconds this year with memorizing all Oll algs.
The problem with blindfolded is that I always mess up but with open eyes I can solve it in exactly time of average speed cube
3×3 average is around 35 to 45
I average around 26 seconds on 3x3, but it’s been a minute since I’ve solved. PB before hiatus was around 16.2 iirc
Nice! How did you gather the data and how did you make the slideshow?
Thanks for the compliment! The sources are in the description :)
@@futurecuber24 ok thanks!
i like how the avr OH is 40 seconds but regular is 30
I learn full fridrich and my average is 18-19 seconds
Is that good or not?
basiclyme on all of these. altough i dont do square one or 5x5 through 9x9 or megaminx and im just learning scewb
I did a feet 3x3 solve under 3 mins
The Multi-BLD is actually 58 cubes. He attempted 59 cubes but he only solved 58/59 cubes.
0:35 i did get that joke
Oh, I never knew I would be faster at the 3x3, 2x2 and pyraminx averages.
me either
You are :)
@@futurecuber24 I have like 0.5 seconds faster than average cuber in 3x3

Yay! I am officially an average speedcuber, I avg. Around 27 or something for 3x3
That is true my avarage 3x3 is 40-50 seconds
How the fudge are you sub 10 while averaging 40 on OH?
0:58 the 2x2 has over 3 billion cominations?
i got a solved 5x5 beside me and i dont know how to solve it
Dude did u stop uploading?
My 3x3 average is about a minute.
I know, amazing.
2 minutes for a 3x3, 1 minute for a 2x2.
I have no idea how to solve the rest.
thought that was seconds not minutes for a second
POG
Pog indeed
Yes
Me on 3×3 : Do You Mean *5 years?*
Once I got a 2.18 second pyraminx solve
Average time for pryaminx: 14.5 seconds.
My time: 15 seconds
lol the fmc joke
And try get good times like 30, 10, 8
Just learned square -1. This rubik is interesting tho.
8 seconds is my 2x2 PB single.
I still need to learn a couple of algs.... and my average of 15 will be overturned...
Arround 0:35 at the moment my ob is 23 with CFOP and 27 with Roux
Damn i'm not even sub 30 at 3x3 and i'm able to get sub 4 averages at times for 2x2 but I usually average 6.5, currently learning Pi and H cases for CLL and EG-1
Update like a year later: I avg like sub 2.5 on 2x2 and avg around sub 15 to 14 on 3x3
Noice.
I think people just learn 2 look oll and pll and after that they give up on full oll and pll
I average 2 mins for 3x3 and 30 secs for 2x2 because I'm relatively new
HEY!!! Feet was removed for logistical reasons. It’s was NOT the most hated WCA event 😡
Why is the average time for square-1 so slow?
I just can't understand How to fingertrick a skewb
No im not , how can i improve my capacities ?
The only ones I got are megaminx, skewb, and pyraminx
Sheesh I’m a cuber now
Why is the Rubik's Clock in the WCA? Probably because it was made by Erno Rubik, just like the Rubik's Cube.
Lo I do 3 events and Average on all of them but my first comp in is October
I average 20 to 18 seconds on 3x3 but I'm still learning full pll
My averege for 3x3 is 44s 😥
But i started a month ago so i think that's ok?
Thats good. I cube for 7 Werk and my averege is 32s
I average 29.67 seconds on cs timer since i have never went to a competition because there are none where i live :(
im very close to pyraminx, 2x2 and 3x3... idk what is happening but my average on skewb is 31 secs
mega, 2x2-5x5 and sq-1 which i dont even practice
I avrage about 25 sec. I know i am slow but i started januar 2023. And i just learned full pll.
I average like 50 seconds nowadays but it used to be close to 40
I havent been cubing for months, so i only know a few 2-look oll's, t-perm, jb-perm and the u-perms, but i still average 35,8
Same. Now im learning full pll. But advanced f2l is very usefull. I want to learn it after pll
Hey, same! My pb is 27 with that, what's yours?
Cubed for 8 months, at least I was sub-20 on 3x3. Not sure I made it on big cubes
average 3x3 time: 30 seconds
my average 3x3 time: 50 seconds
Wich method you use
That means I’m almost world class in square-1. My pb average for it is 17 seconds (if I remembered it right).
I average 40 but I’m almost done learning cfop so that’ll change
At 0:05 you say there are 94 pieces on a 4x4, but there are 56 (24 center pieces, 24 edge pieces, 8 corners). There are 96 stickers (4x4x6).
There are as many pieces on a 4x4 as a 5x5
I average 11.90 on 3x3
Great vids. Love it
When you use the begginer method for the 3x3 :👀
cool I am faster in all the events that I seriously do (2×2, 3×3, 4×4, skewb) the 2×2 average is surprisingly slow since we always see top cubers average under 2 seconds
i have been cubing for 1 year but i only have solved 3 sides
I wish i had the sweat of the skewb.......
I'm above average in 3x3 and 2x2 and I hoped to be on 4x4 too but I'm not
