Hi there thanks for the video I’m currently working on a sprinter 2017 mod 313 cdi We have replaced the worn timing chain as It jumped We put the engine back together in the correct timing used the same injectors bled air from the fuel lines but we cannot get the engine to start it keeps cranking but no start however when we spray Starting Agent into the intake the engine briefly starts and runs as long as you keep spraying the agent into the intake I have Autotel Mk 808 Scener ( can this unit perform injector re-coding ?). We checked and confirmed that diesel injectors are corresponding to correct cylinders on the scanner. Common rail fuel pressure reaches 300 bar when cranking there’s no more air in the fuel lines all four cylinders are returning just under 300 psi compression but it seems to be that there is no fuel coming past any of the diesel injectors can it be possible that all four injectors have seized up shut Engine has done 465,000 km and it’s not displaying any more codes..? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated Thanks
Hello there I hope this helps…I had this same issue we replaced the engine on a Sprinter 313 cdi due bent rod and of course we have to drain the fuel from the system we put everything back together as it should but didn’t wanted to start we found that the injectors got seized up shut we sent them to a shop to get them open and gave us instructions on how to bleed these Delphi injectors they’re pain in the rear but this how you bleed them when they’re completely dry 1st leave the injectors unplugged 2nd do not plug the return lines 3rd cycle the ignition about 5-6 times until there’s enough Diesel in the system 4th tighten the lines then lose them about 1/4 turn 5th have someone to crank the engine until you see Diesel pouring from the lose lines 6th close the lines 7th tell your buddy to crank the engine again until you see Diesel coming out of the injectors thru the return holes 8th plug the return lines 9th crank it again few times 10th plug the electrical connectors to the injectors, it should start Here is a video of these Injectors ua-cam.com/video/ahqBYGmTLrA/v-deo.html
Again depends on your budget and what you need doing on the vans. If it’s just sprinters you deal with then I recommend getting dealership software as it does everything. Where as all these other machines only do a percentage of what dealership software does.

For example if your coding in engine or gearbox or headlight or any other part and your wanting latest file there is out there. To break it down further will talk about the gearbox, if you’ve bought a car in 2015 and you want to update the automatic gearbox then you would do programming this will put the latest file on the gearbox. These files are direct from dealer. It’s basically trial and error and they do this every year and dealers get many recalls and and damaged parts due to faulty files uploaded especially on the engine. Sometimes the file they use to run the injectors cylinders etc. they then come out with a new file and that’s where you programme the new file. This will also stamp the date when you programme it. Coding is different that will just be a replacement part and you code it to the car to say you’re had a new part fitted but not updated software…
Hi....can you maybe help me.. i changed my injectors on ml280 w164 (the car worked before the change but had lots of white smoke and fuel consumption was crazy) so i then coded the injectors and the car wont start.. it cranks but wont start.. i get code 2211-1 and 2242-1 which i didnt have before.. fuel pressure is good...idk what to do anymore 😂 can you help?
Injectores job have been done on my Mercedes and the car crank but don’t start , saw your video and went to check , and saw that he put the injector code from injector number 3 on the on the injector 4 . Now I try to change but wasn’t working , the Maxine was failing to do the programming what is your advice ?? Thanks will help a lot My car is Mercedes E class 220 bluetec 2014
My car has a check engine light , fuel injector control module, a mechanic scan it and said some one replaced the injector and didn’t enter the values , he said they all say 0
@@sadiagnostics no I didn’t coded the injector, today i tried to start the van, it started when i removed the camshaft sensor. May be it’s something off timing?
With my mk906 pro i could not get in to the engine... Didn't show a single hot function and kept saying it was a gasoline car while it's a diesel. I have send the computer back. What a waste!

Hi sorry I can’t really say much it could be anything really, cam shaft sensor etc… do live data and see if anything is coming up

If you mix up injectors by mistake will they still code correctly ?
If injectors have become mixed how does one find their correct allocation

C250 2012 needs coding new Injectors too or no ?

does this apply to w638 vito ? have replaced 4x injectors - will not start on key but can roll start it and runs fine.
