I just bought a 2015 1.3 Yaris, 37K miles and it's making a similar noise. Drives fine, but very corcerning to me as the new owner of it. Do you think it sounds the same? ua-cam.com/video/gTWtnPnazWI/v-deo.html - it takes 0W-20 and has been serviced by Toyota Main dealers all it's life.

Hi friend, may turbo is always full vacuum full boost, replace solenoid valve and always the same, after start my engine the actuator go up and still there, please any idea?

I replaced fuel injectors for my mercedes C250 gasoline engine and after few days driving show intermittent pending code clynder 2 misfire, otherwise my car not passing Emission smoge test as FUL not clear, you think all this issues cause because not coding new injectors or maybe I have bad fuel injector and need to replace it again ?

So much for being environmentally friendly and reducing co2 emissions. That's probably driving at an average speed of between 5 and 15 mph stop start braking and accelerating. This is probably due to speed humps and traffic lights everywhere

Yes mate it does work. And it is easy to do. Good video. I did the same but used dish washer cleaner and drain cleaner. 'Pump n dump'! After that the computer showed 5% soot.

So you have cleaned the DPF but you have not found out why it blocked in the first place. Because you have not found and fixed the fault it will simply block up again very quickly.

I recently changed the Waterpump on my S3 by using a golf R one, and drive the car for a month before this Fault shown, what do you think the problem is?

I have been looking at guys doing this, I was thinking of doing it myself, as I was quoted 2000. , at a Mercedes garage, but then I came across Someone showing the best way to do it, moving the exhaust, turning the PDF Up side down blocking the the direction of flow, that is from engine into the PDF exhaust art, turn it upside down in a bucket or a large container, pouring the chemical into it leave it overnight, then flushing it out the next morning the direction that it would normally go into with the exhaust, this is a far better way to clean the filter as you flashing it out the way the exhaust would’ve gone in, BUT EXTREME DANGER, THIS GUY WAS RUSHED INTO HOSPITAL, TO A POINT WHERE THEIR ARREST WAS HAPPENING, HE HAD INHALED THE FUMES, And is lucky to be alive , he did show before the problem with his health all the black shit that was coming out of the exhaust until it came out clean as it was flushing out with clean water it did take quite some time, but he had done a very good job, obviously the chemicals inside reacting with all the exhaust crud, so I sent him a message, he replied back, take a vehicle to garage, not main dealer, where they can do it properly, removing the box, and in my case it’s going to be sent away, as this is not safer and done by a professional person, I’ve been quoted approximately 400 quid, this includes the cleaning and resetting of the diagnostics on the vehicle, this is a far safer way of doing the job, I have since found out that this is mainly caused by the vehicle being driven too slowly, in built-up areas or thereabouts, when the vehicle gets up to a high temperature like when you drive on the motorway at high speed the DPF filter does a better job and does not block up quite so often, all I can say is please be safe,

Yes, bleach (sodium hypochlorite) might clean the soot off the honeycomb within a DPF but if that particular (see what I did there) DPF uses a palladium catalyst then that catalyst would be eroded perhaps completely... although GM Vauxhall likely use copper rather than palladium.

Hello mate, I have the DPF problem… to a Vauxhall insignia eco flex tech line SS 2014, it’s the same engine can I do this to this model ? And tell me please if I need to remove the sensor from the DPF or I can do it like that just remove the O2 Sensor, thanks 🙏

The gearbox is called "8HP". Probably the best and most widely used AT you can get.

Those injector bolts are torque to yield use once.

Great information. Did you ever discover what exactly failed in the TMU? I take it that the TMU picks up a position signal from the stop solenoid…is this what fails?
