so, the way 3008 works is that you are wandering in an Ikea then you suddenly teleport into 3008 without realizing. by the time you realize because you can't contact anybody or find your way out it will be too late. you will have to find an exit because you can't go back the way you came in.

The plague doctor doesn't actually have bad intentions, he's just a dude who wants to save people from a pestilence that we don't know about. He's really not a bad dude, he's just not doing things in ways we'd understand

I would have thought they would have the same issues as scp-1555, and they would start with wifi enabled drones.
Scp-1555: the mouse cannon facility. The life support cable was kilometers longer than it should have been and led to a tiny pipe after the facility layout had changed.

I think the pestilence is more about the inner negative feelings of a individual, mostly anger, rage and murder tendencies. Mostly because of how interested and panicked 049 was when seeing 682. And when 049 "cures" people they just turn into a carcass of what once was a human, or basically removing every bad emotion from a human is impossible, they would just be brain dead people walking around and not knowing what to do

I think the pestilence Plague Dr. talks about is mortality and everything that comes with it, like fear of death, not knowing if you will die satysfied, etc. That's why SCPs 049-b are mindless undead. No fear, no death, no nothing, just pure bliss and not having to die ever again.
I think that the pestilence could also be sentience. It would make sense, seeing that Mr. Plague Doctor’s patients regardless of species, go through the same procedure. All of them end up zombies that do not think, only follow his orders without question.
