I think this is especially true for the avoidant attached and anyone afraid of intimacy. I definitely distorted spiritual teachings to justify my isolation for a while. Actually pretty rewarding to learn to trust again even if it's scary at times.
@@harishchandrasankhwar8360 you are not alone in your experience. We have mistaken isolation for spirituality. Relationships are the fastest way ( the householder path) to evolution and growth. It’s trusting in the bigger picture that will take the fear away. Thanks for sharing 🙏
I actually really needed to hear this because I always take it upon myself to adjust my outlook when I'm suffering in a relationship. I do this because I don't really know what it's like to be able to trust another person to give a crap

It worked until it didn't. Self love isn't enough loneliness isn't bad, it will never traumatise but... it's not fun... it never feels good enough. It's a void
@@anthoniraj9397 yes, we can’t hide away from the fear of being hurt again. But that itself will hurt us more. Heart can never be broken, it’s broken open. It’s input from the mind that it feels like it’s broken apart.
