After the 3rd time or so they can put a markk next to her name/phone number and first of all, legally say "it's no important, so we'll only send someone if there's NOTHING else" and secondly, every bogus call after is a huge fine for wasting police resources/time (at least where i'm from), the whole thing is basically "the boy who cried wolf".
@@mikkelnpetersen Police have to respond to all calls. Its similar to the boy who cried wolf. So if police were to no respond to an actual emergency they are liable. But they can always issue fines for wasting police time.
11:16 Supposedly, when you have a suspended license, you should go low-key and keep your entitlement in check... Being entitled while having a suspended license is like a noisy sniper.
1st story. I question their legal actions. No matter how descriptive one report is. One simple phone call does not grant a search warrant. Even so. Those detectives should have made a move against Karen for the illegal search themselves. He basically was swatted.
We got searched because our neighbor was selling pot, the neighbor on the other side of us made one call about suspicious activity and gave them the wrong apartment number. It can take just one call.
@@RunnyBabbitMom the warrant was unfounded. It shouldn't nor does it take only one call, one neighbor to issue a warrant to violate one's rights and privacy.
First story there is a question about the legitimacy of that warrant, was it supported by oath or affirmation, and if so, who took the oath to support the warrant? Was it Karen? And if that's the case she should have been charged
The police are not there to enforce HOA rules. They are there to enforce the law. They also don't act as muscle when a bully wants you to do something.
Last story: in spite of the poor kid being homeless, I think you're doing the right thing. Your Ex needs a shot of reality. Also, the next time she tries to guilt trip you that you're making her homeless, before she can complete the line say, "You made your bed. Now sleep in it. You had plenty of time to prevent your situation and didn't. Good bye." Then hang up on her.
brandishing a gun, trying to hold hostage and finally threatening bodily injury culminates in jail time, sounds like someone needs to run as fast as their pudgy little legs can carry them to me
3:14 -- In a just world, she would have already had her ass handed to her for criminal perjury because it should have required her sworn testimony to even get the warrant. Allowing warrants to issue on hearsay is such a bullshit thing that we should ban.
It is for the police to arrest her. For filing make false allegations report. Not for you to go to the police. If she doing what she is doing. And sue the base on person without doing any investigation.
Last story, if I had an ex steal any of my firearms they would be reported immediately to the Feds, and to be blunt that is a more serious crime imo than the stolen car. Due to the weapon being registered in OP's name it would have some responsiblity if any crime was commited with it, unless he could have proven it was stolen.
Old fart here....Heard first story and most of second before stopping. Both stories are BS, totally. A felony conviction with jail time for throwing rock through window???? At most, malicious property damage. Small fine. Making false reports? IF the cops actually thought they were bogus, they erred by showing up and bothering home owner. BTW, no way she could get convicted of anything. Second story: Carry all that lumber 250 feet up a hill for construction? Why not use the driveway to the construction site? Permits would not be given for construction if no plans for a driveway first for access to site. Have considerable experience with this and a driveway is the absolute first thing to build.
Not for the stories, but a little advice. The transition between each story needs a lot of work. They're run-on every time and if you're not paying close attention you miss the beginning of the story really quick.
The title "HOA Karen Constantly Calls 911 On Me, I'm Not Even Part Of The HOA" is somewhat deceiving. While the story is about this HOA Karen calling 911 on the OP, there's no mention of the OP not being a part of the HOA. His story assumes that he is a part of this HOA and being harassed by an HOA Karen.
First 2 stories, at least, were made up. Misdemeanor is a fine only, felony charges may result in prison time, but in this case would likely have been probation. Your source for stories is not very reliable.
OP could have visited a judge and made both Qaren AND cops back off. Then sent a present to Qaren. An envelop with a printout containing links to websites selling szx t0ys!
If police knew that she was making bogus calls.

How can AMERICA call itself the land of the free when they have HOAa?
Trust me, many of us want them abolished
For the last one, I hope the ex and her new boyfriend get arrested for driving a stolen car
Last guy admitted to a felony😮
It's not an HOA without a HO.
Does youtube ONLY offer bullshit now?!
The first story... wouldn't the police be the first to notice false calls all made by one person?
Yet the police repeatedly showed up, no questions asked.

Nta Op needs to sue Karen for harassment. Also sue the cops bc know her claims are bs.
Sue karen and get a restraining order aginst her, there is no need to sue the police because they don't have a choice, they are only following orders.
Facts the police should had known better

?
Why the f would police turn up for long grass or building work doesn’t make sense
My guess is the Karen made it out as something different and worse
Nta. Have her towed. No parking means no parking.
So why didn't the police arrest her for wasting police time.
11:16 Suspended License WTF. i can see why now.
Since when does cops handle building permits
yup last story like lady buy your own car you one you had wasn't yours

These people have No Life... and it's sad... I'm sorry for all this guys troubles... He needs a Love me Jacket.. and serious mental health help..
1st story, always fight law with law! 2nd story, karma is a bitch!
Pure fantasy. Not what I'm interested in.
im kinda conflicted towards this content. redditors do steal a lot of people's content. but why know acrediting the OPS
