It's sad to watch that the civ I was the most hyped about is so bad aka hard to play. OOTD was struggling, especially economically and they got the same massive nerfs as HRE. The weakest, economically, civ got nerfed eco landmark :V
why otto is bad ? otto eco is so slow and vizer thing just anoying and suck you cant get usefull points you have to take just one ofcourse you have fight with slow eco yeah lot of peoples see that sht after nope im not gonna play otto military schools nerf it to so slow eco slow military schools and just stuck with slow civ otto need gather rate buff and we need get riddle f.... vezir point sht

well the patch did something to affect ootd´s viability, they got straight up nerfed
