As a gambling addict who lost 3000 euros, all I can say is this: at the end of the day, you’re only scamming yourself. They know this is a scam but they use the predictor so that if they lost money they don't blame themselves and feel bad, instead they could just blame it on the bot, this just decreases the frustration and gives them a easier time coping but they do know it's a scam
If I could predict the outcomes of the casino games I would not go and gamble. I would go to the casino and sell them the exploit directly.
