- After a tense encounter at Arlo's, gunfire erupts and Arlo (Raymond Barry) gets shot in the leg. Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) helps his father before confronting the shooter, who turns out to be linked to a previous courthouse bombing attempt.

1:41 - Before this the shooter watched Raylan run out the door....why did he go back to the window? Where did he think Raylan went? Shooter was shooting at Raylan as he ran out the door.....

they probably thought raylan was running away and decided to try shooting at the other targets inside figuring he was being cowardly and not flanking
