I just started to bring my lunch to work & looking up various ways to meal prep. I also work at a hospital but on the financial end of it. I use my id badge to buy hospital food but it’s getting too expensive so I decided to start meal prepping. This was really nice thank you for this information . 💗

Your lunch looks great and nutritious! Though if you have a 10 hour shift and are starving on the way home, I bet you could just make and eat a little more of the same stuff? and have some more calories to sustain you during the hard and long working day. Much love to you ❤
