Nina, you are a great artist and an even greater teacher, who selflessly shares her techniques with the world. You are simply amazing. I keenly look forward to watching your videos. Keep it coming. Wish you good luck 🤞
Thank you Suresh! Your comment is so kind! Watercolor is a tricky medium and many give up too early. I just hope with the right explanations (the why's and the how's), the disire to paint with this medium will strive. Thank you for watching!

I'm a new subscriber and think you are so smart and completely adorable! Your paintings are just outstanding!!! I'll be following along. I have a daughter your age who has beautiful long hair like you. So you push all the mom buttons in me. haha!! So cute - so smart - I just love it!
Thank you for appreciation and for you beautiful words very very much Vicki! I'm glad to have you here 😊!
Awesome and generous tutorial dear. I hope you put up many more such wonderful tutorials and thus getting you large subscriptions and views and thereby monetising your channel. Channels such as yours truly deserve large subscriptions and appropriate monetization rather than some of those rubbish channels that get traction.
Thank you Shital! Fingers crossed we'll get there. Watercolor is my passion and I really want to share it. So far people are very appreciative, which is incredibly uplifting 😊🙏
❤❤❤
Спасибо!! 🤩🔥👍
Amazing tutorial. I'll give this a go. I struggle with paint consistency a lot. Always too water or too dark
Thank you very much Adam! Water/paint ratio is the hardest. Don't give up. The more you practice the better you get at it. All the best! 👍😉
@@nvfineartstudio7296 thank you for the encouragement
At 12:22 you mentioned about connecting “this shape to the shape of the….” I don’t see the “connection”. Can you elaborate further? Thanks
Why did you mix 4 different colours for the back of the cow?
Together they make a good hue for the shadow. Each colour has a certain property that I value (for example burnt sienna neutralised blues/made it greyer). Pure colours, that we have on the palette, don't exist in real life, I believe this mix makes a true to nature shadow.
is the world so gray and dull?
No, it's just much more sophisticated than blue red and yellow ones brain trys to simplify it to, all the color waves inevitably cross and mix and end up in a billion possibilities of mixed primaries...but in reality, it doesn't matter what the world is, it's all about how you see it and how you want to interpret it to carry your message to the viewers
