You are doing a wonderful job - explaining such simple but unknown truth for many of us. You are speaking from your heart and from your knowledge, it is so presious!!! Keep doing it! You will have so much more views and folowers. People are not ready yet. Your information is really new. (You show it much deeper than other coaches I've seen on youtube. Love from Ukraine)
Loved it 💛 Re: Love can be easy, it doesn't have to be hard - what do you think of relationships being described as hard work? I think it takes effort to notice the little things and be considerate of someone else but that it also should flow easily or smoothly..
I think a conscious relationship will require one to take a really honest look at themselves as our partner can be such an opportunity to expose the cracks that we’ve covered up but truly need to heal within. So it won’t always feel effortless in that sense, yet in this willingness I believe a lot of joy, ease, and connection is available too because it allows you to open up and truly let another see you. 💗
Are dismissive avoidants less masculine ? I feel a lot of time subconsciously they need a lot of encouragement. Not sure about making decision part ?? Thank you Jen. 🎉
I think it varies. Sometimes the masculine partner has gotten into a passive role and needs to feel confident in their decision making ability again. I find that authentically building them up by reflecting trust (with a trustworthy person) is key. Such as: I trust what you think is best… I believe you make good decisions… Or when they do make a good choice of decision, making sure you speak to it and let them know that you felt their decision was fair and considerate. In my experience authentic communication such as this can help a lot. 💗
