it is biggest issue for me when I am driving in night, everyone drive on high beam. No one low down the beam. I am not able to see anything, rough estimation karke nikal na padta hai.

There is no fault of Any Driver Thar ki lights low beam pe hai but chadai ki vaja se us low beam ne high ka kam kardiya yeh incident creta owner se galti se hua hai by the way no fault of any one
Not justying the perpetrators in this video. There is no reason to run away. However no one talks about this But Thar's geometry is weird. You have to increase your standard margin of error to accomodate the wider edges. This applies to both if you are driving or passing by a Thar. Most Thars get hit on same spot

However, here the driver of Creta is fully in fault. No way you miss this from your own driver's side. If it was on the opposite side and hit on the left side, maybe understandable. Not here.
@@ambiverter You can say that because you have ample time analyzing the video and typing on you phone. In actual situation you never know if the person on the opposite side is drunk or has lost his kind. The Thar driver either deliberately has tried blocking or doesn't have the judgement of the edges. In the end it's the Thars owner loss. Could have easily avoided

In the video Thar owner stops when he sees the Creta... Maybe they could've stopped even earlier, but that kind of awareness is not available with everyone at all the time.
What was expected of the Creta? To also stop and judge if it could pass through the gap. If not, either of the cars would've reversed. Simple as that.
Instead, for whatever reason, the Creta tries to squeeze in quickly, and crashes.
If the Creta driver is not in the sane mind to judge the gap FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE, whether they are drunk or suffering from anything else, they shouldn't be driving!

IT was this mistake of Thar Owner, He was riding the car in High Beam. This must have blinded the creta owner and he didn't get the correct judgement of the car. Blame the actual person, not anyone, You have eyes too just don't believe on what the person says. He didn't mentioned his fault to you.

Creta is also a chapri car in India. To be Noted: 5-10 kmph mai accident hua aur creta ka samne ekdam damage ho gya. what more can you expect from a cheap plastic car? aur promote karo Hyundai or kia jaise plastic companies ko

@@lxgghost612 1) Pehli baat Creta wala was not in sound mind (drunk or on drugs).
2) Both the cars were at very low speed. so the accident could have been avoided.
For these 2 reasons the insurance company wont give claim settlements on this accident. And by God's grace even if it does only fools will claim for insurance for damage like this cz next year and all the succeeding years premium will be 2x.
Claim insurance only when the repair cost is beyond affordability.
