I have seen many goons using fortuner. Also some chapris using Hyundai verna. Chapris could be found at all levels. Some chapris have super bikes in India. A lot of chapris also own super cars both in India and abroad. Chapris are everywhere

I dont understand the mindset of these chapri drivers.....I own a Jeep Wrangler(Unlimited base version) its way more capable than Thar and Scorpio and even fortuner still i dont feel the need to do chaprigiri
Making a Duke motorcycle or Making a Thar is not wrong. Selling it for super cheap prices is wrong.
And these 2 vehicles stick out the MOST, because both Thar and a Duke or a RC are extremely capable vehicles of their segments. And to see these super capable and powerful machines in hands of those who don't know how to control it or start abusing these newfound powers is what makes us hate Thar or KTM owners.
I'm a fan boy of thar. I think the vehicle is literally revolutionary in terms of its design and the fact that its available for common people of india. We are getting a world class design for 20 lakhs, which is awesome. This just goes on to show that indian audiences are open for the new designs and are craving for good designed vehicles like the western counterparts.
But where it went wrong is, it became too easy to buy this car, even for those who are on a poor side. These people don't get attention or recognition, and buying Thar or KTM and driving recklessly to show "Bhaukaal" is the only way for them to get some attention or recognition.
I can bet 90% of the buyers of the new thar don't want to use it for off-roading. Its there, just for the flex or showoff.

@@p.k.5332 A car that looks like a Jeep Wrangler for 17-18 lakhs is very much doable. And if you haven’t noticed, these people also have iphone 13s, 14s and 15s despite being from “poor” background.
Most of these things are either on ridiculous interest rates loans, second hand or bought after selling ancestral land or farms.
What they do with their money is upto them. How they buy it is also upto them. But the point is, these ultra premium looking products are available for 17-19 lakhs instead of the original 75 to 90 lakhs price bracket.
And when you put it in that perspective, it is EXTREMELY cheap and easy to buy.
Also not to mention. For those who cant afford a 4x4 automatic diesel hard top thar, can now buy a 4x2 petrol manual for 9 to 12 lakhs.
And don’t tell me that its not easy to buy. The wages of people have increased significantly in last 10-12 years. A normal Activa also costs 1 lakhs. So IT IS infact easy to buy for those who just want to buy it as a style statement or to show off.

2. You can't add any kind of modification to your car without their permission of ferrari (Not even adding a small sticker).
3. You can't use your car as something to advertise your works and stuff.
4. You have to sign a contract agreeing that you will take good care of your car, if you don't they will basically take your car away and ban you from ever buying a ferrari.
5. They won't take you for serious if you're below age of 30.
