    Didi... I started meditation from last week and I can say that in just a week I really observe some differences before nd after meditation.❤✨Started FEELING MORE N MORE RELAXING.💆
    It really really good for increasing focus, to understand yourself more clearly, maintain our breathing , helps to feel motivated nd many more!!
    Everyone should add this in their daily routine.👍🏻🤩

      2) Set a time limit. ...
      3) Notice your body. ...
      4) Feel your breath. ...
      5) Notice when your mind has wandered. ...
      6) Be kind to your wandering mind. ...
      7) Close with kindness. ...

    1. Focus on Deep breathing.
    2. Practice moun/silence
    Ignore social media and friends on your exam days.
    3. don't consume irrelevant stuffs (eating and watching),
    - limited consumption of other person thought,
    - try to good deep within you. We are the best to know the answer of our problems and this is called intuition power

    jo ap bta rhi vo maie 10 din vipassana meditation me kiya tha
    jisme 10 din ka shivir tha jisme 12 hrs meditation krna tha...
    or vha apko sirf maun nhi arya maun ka palan karna tha means ap kisi se isharo me bhi bat nhi kr skte
    ap camp k andr na phone le ja sakte hai na koi dairy
    bs ap khud k sath rehte hai
    and littrally those 10 days changed mine life
    i think sbko apni life me ek bar, ek 10 din ka camp krna chahiye
    initially apko 3 days pehle apni sanso ko hi dekhna hoga usk bap apko vipassna sikhaya jaega...
    n after 10 days believe me you will feel like you are reborn...

    3. don't consume irrelevant information (not only in the term of eating but also watching)

    Few mins back , I was feeling too exhausted , worried . But now after hearing that osho audio .... 🌬️ Everything feels so peaceful , so light 🍃😌 . Even I thought kya Naya hi btaya hoga usme , wahi positive socho , ye kro , vo kro , meditate kro phallana dhimkana .
    But believe me , it changed me , 😌🌬️

    Actually maam mei class 10th se meditation karra hu daily it really helps me to stay focused. Mei kisi share karta woh bolte the keya faltu baatein karta. But thanks for sharing . I hope sab beleive kare

    It feels good to listen when I find any one interested in things, feels , knows it's importance, use, implication. Which I have.
    That's exactly my experience. Which I felt in lockdown. I gathered lot knowledge, experience. About these. Topic. But the fact is very less people. Are ""Actually "" Interested or just have a broad perspective towards every things.

    journaling is also a good idea ,,jab bhi lagta dimag me bht sara kachra hai usko ek notebook me likh lo or likhte likhte eventually ap ek conclusion me pohch jate ho ..i have tried it and it helped me a lot

    kal bhi dekhi ki pr samjha nahi tha shayad ye thi kya koi dusri
    par aaj esa laga ki need hai things connect hui to dhyan se suna bhi aur samjha bhi
    -sari cheeje ek time pr consume krna jaruri nahi hai ,ye bhi kuchh time se soch hi raha tha
    pata nahi kyu physical cheeje to jaldi samajh aa jati hai pr mentally men thoda time lagta hai
