@@San2619r now I don’t feel depressed, i can work better most importantly now i am aware of my thoughts. Sometimes I feel negative but within a few minutes i can shift my thoughts to something positive and gratitude has become my natural state.
Didi I doing all of this since 2023 after fail an exam and breakup , and seriously these are actually works on me till now , I am 18M & happy in my zone without seeking "mujhe pyar dedo". Nowadays I excel on my studies,and also leading a healthy lifestyle with hitting gym and eat healthy.
