Soundgarden at their absolute peak here! Band is tight as hell. Chris is on fire. He looks like he's having a blast at this show too. Some of the shows I saw after their reunion, the dude just looked like he did NOT want to be there! Great band!
Yeh perhaps because he doesn't have the same confidence due to that his voice is not as good. We can all agree that he's just a shell of himself on Soundgarden's 2nd act
@sophie W They were always like that. I saw them in their prime during Lollapalooza/Badmotorfinger era and they were great. Transcendent even. Just a couple years later they gave a lazy and uninspired performance for Superunknown....a time when many think they were "in their prime". As huge fan I was pretty disappointed with that show. Apparently the next time they came through for Down on the upside it was just as bad if not worse..(which makes sense since they were even more unhappy by that point)...though I never even thought to buy a ticket. They were pretty much dead to me by that point. The Louder than Love band I had fallen in love with a sad shell of their former selves. When they did that reunion thing I had a look but right from those first TV promos I could tell they were just going through the motions. It's OK...their legacy is solid. I'll remember them for the groundbreaking stuff they did in the late 80's and how they helped kick open the door (along with Jane's) for everything that came afterwards.
Purest rock n roll energy: dirty and golden
One word...beautiful!! Pure rock. One of rock's all time best voices. RIP Chris 😑
Agreed, I loved songs I didn't even like because of him.
These guitar licks / that guitar riff Chris Cornell plays is pure magic.

Because he needed some heroin

Love this song, was waaaay ahead of its time when it was written, Im surprised this wasn't included in the motorvision concert footage.
Awesome video. Man that song is so hard to sing! MISS you Chris.
437 likes is unreal. How so few? This is one of the finest rock songs of all time. It was environmentalism song before there was environmentalism.
Excellent performance. Ben is such an underrated player.
5:09 leg, jump, kick, stomp! Damn!
I was there!
So aware was Chris. what a great loss !
Aah Chris, você era o Deus do Rock.
I wish this had been included on Badmotorvision.
