Minn Kota Ultrex FROZEN Foot Pedal Repair 4K

How to replace and repair the Minn Kota Ultrex foot pedal sensor if your pedal has frozen in place. The old sensor board wasn't waterproof from the factory, so overtime they fail after getting wet. I had the frozen foot pedal… changed the mother board and the foot pedal sensor and still no luck. I sent power the the motor and it turned. Any idea what’s wrong?
