My barre studio shut down in person classes and I was devastated. I am so glad I found this channel because this workout was amazing. I did it in the morning with light ankle weights on for an extra challenge and I was dripping sweat by the end. I can’t believe she is able to talk the whole time this woman is in amazing shape. This was exactly what I needed to kickstart my day. Loved it and looking forward to adding this to my at home workout routine!!

That was fun, it was like time travel through the exercise ages: isometric, Denise Austin moves, tae-bo, pilates, yoga, and barre. Good for those of us who get easily bored and who are ADD about our exercise routine. She goes kind of fast, but just roll with it and smile.

So I have NEVER commented on anything before but I had to say this is probably the best workout I’ve tried on UA-cam or in person! I love how it incorporates all the muscle groups and cardio, and I love the pace! Lindsey, you're the only instructor I trust when you suggest a range for hand weights! I'll usually go up in weights with other videos but that sooo does not happen here!! LOL

This was on my recommended page and I'm so glad I tried it! This was definitely one of the most challenging online barre/pilates classes I've tried on UA-cam! I loved how dumbbells were incorporated to intensify the arm workouts which are often neglected in barre!

I've been doing your workouts for about 6 months. As someone of an older "vintage", this was the toughest, so had to modify some. However, after 30 minutes, I feel invigorated, and those muscles too! Thanks for these videos as well as your encouraging, positive personality.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and following your workouts since April and wooow this one kicked my a**! Super challenging but I feel great doing it (I modify a little bit the core part at the end) Thanks again for your motivation and those videos :-)

Yes! I tried this at 33 weeks pregnant using some modifications that i learnt in your pregnancy vids. Loved the burn and you keep me distracted with your upbeat chatter. I did this today instead of the 30-Minute Yoga Sculpt on the plan. This was a new workout for me but man did I feel the 🔥 in my legs. I mean I was shaking. I will definitely do this one again. I’m sweating over here like I just did a HIIT workout. Nice and warm for for these cold New England temps. 😆

Wow!! The sweat was literally dripping off me doing this! I could hardly grip my weights 😅 You def need a sweat towel close by for this one! Xx Such a different way to work out but you really feel the burn like no other workout xx Another amazing workout from nml - Thankyou xx

i almost quit during half way through this workout thinking it's not for me but i pushed through it and wow i felt amazing after!! i love your energy! it pushes me to finish those intense movements! can't wait to do this one again!

That was amazing and intense! Sweat literally dripping off of me! I always thought barre was like yoga and boy was I wrong lol. Will definitely add this one to try again since some of those blues were hard but I made it through and I’m excited. Thank you so much
