As many of you may recall, when Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born in 2019, there was much speculation around what title, if any, he would receive. Unlike his first cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis - the children of Prince William - Archie did not get an official courtesy title recognizing him as the grandson of the monarch.
Instead, he was simply known as Master Archie instead of being called His Royal Highness or having a title like Earl of Dumbarton, which Harry had been allowed to choose from. At the time, it seemed this was by Harry and Meghan's own choice - they wanted Archie to have as normal a life as possible without the accompanying obligations and expectations of a royal title.

I seem to recall Harry stating-
" Meghan was present at the birth of Archie"
If Meghan "splat out the sprog" of course she would be there- she wouldn't be in Paris would she.
