I think to have royal titles would definitely mean to be educated and understand what they mean. Just throwing around titles and not truly knowing or understanding what they mean is another subject. A better model is Prince Edward and Sophie's children. They were grandchildren of the monarch through the male line, thus eligible to be Princess Louise and Prince James from birth. Their children are currently styled after the children of an Earl - Lady and Viscount. Exactly what Harry and Meghan should have accepted from birth for their kids as Duke & Duchess, but they were holding out for Charles to be head. That is because the 1917 Letters Patent refer to the Male lines of heredity. Anne was offered Titles for her kids (declined) but it would have meant a new Letters Patent being issued to allow that to happen. Interestingly the Letters Patent written by HMTQ in 2011 or 2012 for William's Heirs did not include any provisions for a Title for any of Haznointegrity's future kids.

Anne was offered Titles for her kids (declined) but it would have meant a new Letters Patent being issued to allow that to happen.
