    Its nice! But I'd substitute vegetable oil and the honey. Use coconut oil, olive oil or nut butter instead and instead of honey use dates ❤❤❤

      Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that in my comment. Vegetable oil is a no-no.
      And for sweetener, I use Monkfruit with allulose. You need more than they say you actually do. But it doesn't raise blood sugar. 😊

      Coconut oil and olive oil aren't vegetable oils? It's clear to me they used coconut oil.

      Yeah...vegetable oil is bad news; maybe monkfruit might be better for the sweetener. Almonds are healthy, but the skins contain lectins(!) And...YIKES! That's an excessive amount of Stevia! I use ~40 to 60 MG. with coffee. Sorry, but this would spike my insulin (though I'm not diabetic).

      @@GipsyBlood Vegetable oils are actually unstable SEED oils...likely rancid, and treated with solvents: N.G. Coconut and olive oils are good...use them plentifully; make sure the olive oil is from a reliable source, and NOT mixed with other oils (which is quite common). Coconut oil is STABLE.

    **You don't have to use persimmon, use another fruit, this is just a sample.. skewed apples....stewed pears... strawberries mash or sliced , mango, cut up figs, cut up finely dates, slice avocado, kiwi, fresh apricots- leave out of fridge to ripen and sweeten up or stew them, plums, ripe cherries 🍒
    Cantaloupe is sweet.
    Kiwi-ripe
    Cherries
    Figs must be ripe for sweetness
    Plums must be ripe for better sweetness
    Papaya
    Blueberr

      you can also go and look at the Canadian study in which they saw that honey lowers blood sugar in diabetic patients, bad LDL cholesterol while raising good cholesterol HDL another series of benefits because honey is not just sugar but there are many other beneficial components. Just don't overdo it, it's definitely better than sugar Tell doctor Greg too

    These are ridiculously more healthy than other recipes I've seen like these!
    Did you know...
    KEFIR NUTRITION FACTS:
    104 calories, 9 g protein, 2.5 g fat, 11.5 g carbs (0 g fiber), 11 g SUGAR in 1 cup (lowfat and plain)
    Honey, yogurt, many of these fruits, as well as maple syrup, will also impact most people's blood sugar. Knowing that, I think it should specify that you haven't had any 'refined-sugar' for 1 year.
    These are amazing recipes!
    I will definitely be trying many of them..

    GROUND OATS VERSIONS:-
    Use your grinder or vitamize machines to make different version of coarseness for DRY Rolled Oats, this is another help for children/babies and adults with chewing problems.
    Grind the DRY OATS to powder form.
    or grind them a little coarser or more coarser.
    One version is to use these powered oats for sprinkling ontop of other foods :
    Another version:
    1: BOIL the milk first on the STOVE add the DRY Oats and keep cooking until done,
    2: FIRST boil milk on STOVE add the DRY OATS TO THE boiled milk. Mix
    *This is only a help to change your variety of eating the same thing, but in different versions.
    Seems same but it's not.

    Checked it against the 0%sugsr added cereal with seeds, nuts and dried banana, I normally get from the supermarket. I just add non fat fromage frais.
    It has less sugar and higher protein. And I can actually make a bowl in 1 minute.(and it is probably cheaper)

    Fruit should be eaten whole and not as pulp. That releases fructose into blood stream slowly. Avoiding sugar spikes is important.

    I think he meant I haven’t used cane sugar because he’s using sugar from fruit and sugar from honey sugar from milk, even carbs from the Chia seeds. This is the full out carb breakfast insulin through the roof.

    Both persimmons and chia seeds are very bulky in the intestines and may cause intestinal blockage. Be careful. You should drink plenty of water after eating them.

    Sorry to say, I won't eat sticky/ glue like stuff this even how healthy it is for breakfast. Simple boiled eggs, some fruits & veggies is the easiest
    & fastest for breakfast. Since I live in the tropics, freshly squeezed coconut milk is used daily. Tqvvm for interest to let viewers keep their
    fitness❤
