Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that in my comment. Vegetable oil is a no-no. And for sweetener, I use Monkfruit with allulose. You need more than they say you actually do. But it doesn't raise blood sugar. 😊
Yeah...vegetable oil is bad news; maybe monkfruit might be better for the sweetener. Almonds are healthy, but the skins contain lectins(!) And...YIKES! That's an excessive amount of Stevia! I use ~40 to 60 MG. with coffee. Sorry, but this would spike my insulin (though I'm not diabetic).

Checked it against the 0%sugsr added cereal with seeds, nuts and dried banana, I normally get from the supermarket. I just add non fat fromage frais. It has less sugar and higher protein. And I can actually make a bowl in 1 minute.(and it is probably cheaper)

I think he meant I haven’t used cane sugar because he’s using sugar from fruit and sugar from honey sugar from milk, even carbs from the Chia seeds. This is the full out carb breakfast insulin through the roof.
Both persimmons and chia seeds are very bulky in the intestines and may cause intestinal blockage. Be careful. You should drink plenty of water after eating them.
Sorry to say, I won't eat sticky/ glue like stuff this even how healthy it is for breakfast. Simple boiled eggs, some fruits & veggies is the easiest & fastest for breakfast. Since I live in the tropics, freshly squeezed coconut milk is used daily. Tqvvm for interest to let viewers keep their fitness❤

I would not use the honey because that fruit already sweet.
Fruit should be eaten whole and not as pulp. That releases fructose into blood stream slowly. Avoiding sugar spikes is important.
