I went to K.Yairi’s factory recently to try this fretless bass because no music store in all of Japan had one. I didn’t record myself for UA-cam. I just wanted to listen back later and compare it to my Washburn AB-20.
While I was there I tried this fretted cutaway and played it while I was still filming. I wasn’t interested in buying it. I just wanted to try it. That’s why I didn’t plug it in.
When I listened back I was really surprised by the well balanced punchy sound. I don’t think there are any videos on the internet showing this bass and I think everyone should hear it so I’m sharing this video.
日本全国の楽器店にこのフレットレスベースがなかったので、最近K.Yairiの工場に行ってこの試奏してきました。 UA-camのために録画していません。 後で聴き返して、私のWashburn AB-20 と比較しようと思いました。
そこにいた間、このフレット付きcutawayを試しました。 買う気は無かったです。 ただ試してみたかっただけです。 だからこそ、アンプに繋いでいないです。
改めて聴いてみると、バランスの取れたパンチの効いたサウンドに本当に驚きました。 このベースを披露しているビデオはインターネット上にないと思います。誰もが聞いたほうがいいと思うので、このビデオを共有します。
