yo, how about layups going fast? ball always slams the damn backboard. suggestions? obviously other then slowing down, but is there a tip on like the jump to the basket?
Remove your off-hand, use your other hand to blockout or make contact with the defender, then extend your arm out when you you're going for the layup and have the ball hit high on the glass above the square.
I see the "pick" part, good explanation of options there for the ballhandler, but nothing about the "roll" part. Looks like if the pickman rolled, he would just get in the way of some of those options. You should rename this "How to use a pick."
I don’t think you should hit your toes into the floor at the pull up because you may get caught off balance while shooting I would roll my foot from the heels to the toes Good vid tho
This guy talks about doing a hezi finish, when you pull up to a midrange spot, and pretend to fake a shot, and then keep dribbling to the basket fro an easy look. But wouldn’t you technically get called for a double-dribble if you tried that in a game?
