Assassin's Creed Syndicate | Victory - Short Early Pre-Alpha Gameplay Clip [~2013]

The hud matches the first leaked screenshots of Assassin's Creed Unity. Syndicate took around 2 years to develop, so I think it's safe to assume this footage must be taken sometime in 2013.
Jacob is carrying a sword here, hard to make out what it is exactly. However, the firearm is the flintlock pistol from AC3, which was also seen in Unity's leaked screenshots.
