I just purchased one of these plants, she has a large bloom stalk and several buds to open, I'm not too sure if I should be cutting back the stalk, someone told me that if I don't cut off the bloom stalk, the leaves will go straight like grass and not curl again, is this correct, I don't want to kill the plant off and neither do I want straight leaves? Also, I'm in the UK can you advise of a fertliser to use on her? TY in advance :)

I would cut it after it blooms and starts to die I would imagine? I would want to enjoy the flower! After it dies, I would cut it.
