I was also disappointed with the artificially colored flowers I bought on ebay, but I found a way to make them look much nicer: I carefully color the petals with alcohol markers. I dye the bottom of the flowers with a slightly lighter or darker color. That way they look very natural. By now I color most of my pressed flowers this way. The ones I press myself, I dye in the original color, since they fade as they dry. I dyed the ugly, pale pink flowers burgundy and dark red. Then I seal all the flowers with spray varnish, so they also do not get blotchy in the resin.
I think all of these pieces have turned out beautifully. My only complaint is that the brooch backing shows through the resin, and I can't think of any other way to turn it into a brooch without that happening, darn it!

I have the first set of colored uv resin sets Let's Resin came out with. The box is white. They are terrible! They stay sticky and flexible. I'll have to throw them out and try these. Thanks Louise 😊

I think those look great!! What is the point of colored UV resin, though? You can color your clear UV resin and aren’t limited to the shades they have.
They came out pretty. I like the colors. But why would you not do like all of the first layers at the same time.. to save you time and just cure them all at one time??

Put them in a glass of water and put your uv light beside the glass to cure. Hopefully this will work for you
