I have a BM 940 and it is still going strong after 10 years. I am curious why you selected your Adamas with a partially serrated blade. I am thinking of purchasing the Adamas beast but not sure if I should get t with the partially serrated blade. Benchmade has the best warranty and repair service.
I could never "love" a knife that has aluminum handles like the 940. Aluminum handles are garbage and knife manufacturers need to stop using them. Too strong to scuff up your other pocket items like phone, while also scuffing up their finish, all while being too weak to survive a drop without a permi-dent or mar. Stonewashed aluminum is all I could give you, even then, dont drop it. Titanum, G10, Micarta, carbon fiber, these are actual grip materials, not aluminum.
Battoning with serrations makes it worse 😂, nice video!!
