Can you please explain the difference between "food science", "food nutrition", "food engineering", "food science and nutrition", "food science and engineering". I guess no because some organic chem and bio part are there which is not that tough as 11 and 12th class but I think pcmb / pcb is a crieteria in all the uni in India for food tech
For A-levels, I would recommend choosing subjects that involve Chemistry, Math, Biology or Physics. These subjects would give you great preparation for studying Food Science in University.

They are alll subjects you would need to build a career in this field.

College should be for older people. Studies show that our brains are not fully developed until age 28. In other words our 18th is really age 28.
