@Alz i feel bad for the animals too, but also as someone whose been around chickens they are very well socialized in the videos so they must be somewhat cared for. They are not naturally trusting like dogs, it takes work to get them that gentle

@@bittercharmer1591 yeah as someone whose family has chickens, they have to be very socialized for you to even be able to pick them up. when I was a kid, my family had some that would let me pick them up but they weren't too happy about it. I'd imagine for them be perfectly fine being picked up that they're very well socialized. although I do still hate the way he's manhandling them still. :/

farmer here. The chicken he is making sexual assault eyes at is a rhode island red rooster. The comb size varies by breed of chicken but you can tell its a cock by the feather pattern of the tail feathers. Roosters have what we call sickle feathers and its clear in the tiktok. Getting ducks as pets is such a disgusting trend, and accounts like this have only increased peoples interest in doing it, but almost nobody is doing proper research and they end up dumping them in ponds where they will die. I have pet ducks and it took me over four months of planning and research. So sad to see people using them for clout 😢
I hate it. My brother-in-law and his girlfriend got ducks and let them go in a pond near their house. She thinks they flew away and he secretly thinks they were eaten by an animal (I forgot what kind of animal but I think it was a mountain lion or something). Which makes me sad because I even suggested to my husband that we should offer to take them, if they didn't want to keep them. I love my ducks and would've happily taken in two more, whether they got along with mine or not, I would've gave them their own space, if they couldn't integrate. Ducks are amazing and deserve love and respect. My ducks are my babies 🥺

From what I understand, though, they can't stay afloat for very long. Waterfowl have oils on their feathers that makes them repel water. Without the oil, feathers become clogged and drag the bird down. So chickens can stay afloat only for as long as it takes for their feathers to lose their pocket of air and absorb water.

Canadian geese are terrifying, I had a whole flock chasing me because someone completely covered the path in feed for them and it was a blind turn so I ended up getting way too close to them and they really didn't like that. I had to run through the entire park with a flock of pissed off birds chasing me while everyone just stared at me as if it was my fault some moron covered an entire path in feed.

even if not sexually abused, probably normally abused... i own chickens and the way he was holding them was definitely not comfortable at all for them. im not an expert but they also look a little on the lean side
No, definitely. If his duck is a pekin, as it appears to be...pekins are naturally heavy and really can't fly, definitely not as high as at 21:35. They really can't even get off of the ground much at all. So they've, for sure, just thrown that duck to make it look like it's flying. Which, I'm sure if it landed the wrong way and couldn't properly ease the fall by flapping its wings, it could break its legs 🥺 People are disgusting in the way that they treat other beings. My male duck went through a long phase of biting, after going through puberty (he'd leave bruises all over me), and even then, I still tried so hard to pet him and such because he's still my baby. Luckily, he's gotten past that, for now, for his and our safety (he used to hurt himself from chasing after us and our dogs; ended up with an infection on his foot from cutting it on a rock or something, last year. We were able to treat it though).

The male ducks who can't find a mate become extremely sexually aggressive and force themselves onto females who already have a mate. I feel so bad for these poor chickens and duckies they obviously are confused and stressed. In the TikTok with the “pills” one pill hit the duck and the duck kicked its feet frantically trying to get away. 11:43 in this on that chicken looks stunned. You shouldn’t hold them like that. At 17:31 you can see that the chicken has awful plumage, like it's been rolled in some kind of greasy substance. A healthy chicken in clean conditions should have perfect feathers; they'll preen all day long to keep their feathers clean and waterproofed. Not to mention how it's being held in a way that can compress the lungs and air sacs and make breathing difficult.

-as someone who owns chickens and knows a fair amount about them, the way he's holding him makes me really uncomfortable. There are a few ways to hold a chicken so that it's comfortable for the bird, and this isn't one of them. He knows absolutely nothing about how to handle a chicken, based on the position of his hands and the angle he's holding him at. I hope the birds are ok and this dude doesn't mistreat them behind closed doors

Most roosters have at least one sickle feather, unless they're molting or being mistreated by other roosters. While this one does seem to have some iridescent black, that's not entirely uncommon for Rhode island hens.
Also, the chicken that is later seen perched on madame's butt seems to be the same one, and is most definitely a hen.
