I would purchase this to use when I visit my large family grandchildren and stock up their freezer but the digital format would not work for me, I wish I could purchase the pages printed up so I could put into the stay open flat type folder.

Single person here, Im thinking these meals could be great for singles or couples. Pair up with a couple of friends, each making a couple of recipes, portioning out about 1/4 (or 1/2) of what you normally put into a family portion, and swapping out, each person would end up with a full freezer of quick and easy meals.

Your voice is like music to my ears, just so sweet and wholesome. I bet your children feel so loved just hearing such a gentle voice from their mama.
Have a tip. Get the biggest cans, empty, take your freezer bag, put in the can, folding the top of the bag over the top of the can. Fill bags. You can freeze bag and can. Already round it fits right into the pot.

It can be much harder to fit that size in the freezer; much easier to stack flat bags if you’re freezing many of the same thing (speaking from experience)

I use super mega plastic coffee cans for this. Empty bag into empty can, just to hold the bag open. Fill with food...seal bag. Pull bag out of coffee can and freeze flat on a cookie sheet. Once frozen, slide bags into freezer.

I know - I have been doing so much better since watching these videos, very positive and inspiring! Trying to come up with the money to get the big freezer pack menus/recipes she has on sale, only $99.00 for all but with after covid money blues and christmas have to watch extra spending! Her deal is incredibly good, that is for sure!
There’s only me and the hubs, but I still batch cook like this. I can then just tell the hubs “grab a mystery meal” and he just picks something from the freezer for the next day. They are all labelled, but we started by putting meat and rubs/marinades in the freezer, so they are marinating as they freeze and thaw, so they get plenty flavour. That jokingly started as “mystery meat” the. I started to make chilli, bolognese, shepherds pie, beef stew and more. Once it’s in the slow cooker I just need to make rice, pasta, mashed potatoes and dumplings on the day.
I’m disabled so it helps that my hubby can make dinner with minimal effort, as I might feel ok today, but tomorrow I might be stuck in bed, I never know from day to day. So when I have an upswing, I try to ensure I restock the freezers... even though there are just two of us, that 2nd freezer is always full of meals to go. When our friend and neighbour broke her ankle I was able to go to her everyday with a meal pack, put the slow cooker on and she was able to make her rice and pasta and she was good to go. Two yrs later, she does the same thing with her freezer and she’s a single lady, but even she batch cooks, just smaller batches.

They have frozen chopped onion, green peppers,red peppers and you can get a frozen egg noodle or shelf ones that are good try those out and see which one you like.saves so much time.

Oh Jamerrill, we’re getting our 1/4 beef in two weeks! Got a great deal on pasture raised beef and were ecstatic to get it within budget. 1/4 beef was right at $350 including processing. Came out to about $2.70/lb. steaks, ground beef, ribs, roasts, liver, etc. We’re also getting a turkey from work this week. Thank you Jesus! Now, going through freezer and creating freezer meals to make space. Doing a whole lotta lotta prep and repackaging. Thank you for the inspiration!

I am a single mom of five kids and I am so thankful that you just show your kitchen in its natural state because when I see like people have their stuff chopped up in the kitchen and it is just all put together I'm like am I doing something wrong... my kitchen has bowls everywhere knives cutting boards sauces I'm running out of counter space so thank you for that it makes me feel normal.
Jamerrill.....Honey, you are my hero! There's only my husband and I at home now but I watch you religiously (Amen) and make some of your recipes to suit 2 or 3 meals. The breakfast burritos are now a staple in our house and my 3 sons & family ask for them specifically when they visit. I'm busy now making a couple of sausage/egg quiche for their next visit but everything is so good. I'd love to see you in a BIG kitchen, with multiple ovens and industrial fridge...maybe some day. A friendly tip.. if you put the plastic wrap in the freezer it won’t fold up on you. :)

Hi Jamerrill! I have been loving your channel. When Covid started in March my family of three (husband, three year old and self) grew to a family of 5 as my mother and sixteen yrs old goddaughter moved in. Little did we know we were informed in late June that my Goddaughter was 5 months pregnant. As a full time working mom (from home now). I can no longer just phone in dinner because there are just 2 of us. I have to actually feed the kids. And though I can’t get your packs at the moment. You have inspired me to prep freezer meals (one regular freezer) that the teen or my disabled mother can pull out and put in the slow cooker or instant pot for me if needed!!! Thank you for being you and doing all you do!

Coconut aminos is a non-soy alternative to soy sauce. I discovered this option when I learned I have thyroid issues, soy is not the thyroids friend.
Yep, I prefer coconut aminos over Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy because our family avoids soy.

Just picked up my SMALL aluminum freezer containers from dollar tree. I’m so not large family so one of your brilliant freezer meals makes like 3 for me. Love you lady! Been sharing lots too...times are rough for a whole lotta people out there now. Give where you can, right? Also, in the middle of my donation drive for the homeless (especially veterans) but I encourage everyone to get involved. If there ever was a year to give what you can, this would be it. Pillsbury says you can freeze their cans of biscuits and just defrost before using like you’d normally do. This is awesome so you can just keep them in the freezer next to your bag of chicken and dumplings and know you will have them when you are ready to cook up that particular dish.

I bought a couple packs this past spring right before I was having baby #4. How convenient to have everything down to the grocery lists etc! So easy to order on walmart pickup. The recipes were so good we have repeated them a bunch now. And looks like I'll have to buy this one too!

I went to the store and found some steaks on sale and a roast beef. To save on prep time I had to store cut it up in chunks. It makes life so much easier. And if your store is like mine they’ll be happy to do it for you

You can also add cornstarch to the teriyaki chicken marinade to help adhere better to the chicken.
I like vermicelli noodles with the chicken teriyaki if tired of rice. Sauce goes good with it. Like noodles with peanut sauce.

Have you ever used flour tortillas instead of biscuits for your dumplings? You just cut them into strips and place them in the boiling broth and let them cook until they are done. I have a recipe somewhere in my house for flour tortilla chicken and dumplings

What do you or any of your viewers think about freezing cooked cottage pie with mashed potatoes put on top ? On Sunday I made 1 large and 3 medium medium of these and husband delivered them to my girls for Monday's dinner. (We do this for each other often) but I've not tried freezing them as I'm nervous about the potato topping going 'all watery' when defrosted. And Jamerril.... Time for a bit more 'feet up' maybe.... I think you sounded tired. (I'm speaking as an 'OLD' retired NICU Midwife.... With love darling girl).

A seal a meal is great to freeze. Food lasts a lot longer. Can also microwave or boil in bag.
You are a Super-Woman🦸🏼♀️ Thank you for ALL you do. I am a 61 year old farm “girl” ( my whole life) Now more of a hobby-farm & rescue. Our kids are grown & it’s just me & hubster. Now more of a hobby farm. We started rescuing officially things in 2002. When you are a farm girl that loves animals, rescuing really starts at about 4 yrs old. 🤣 My Dad always said “Honey, you need things that’ll make you money, not cost you.🤣 He is right, but I guess I’m just stupid, everything here dies of old age. They had terrible life’s before me & I couldn’t even think of killing them. BUT we always raised our own meat etc growing up, & butchering is a necessity, I’d have chickens again now, but I only free-range & have a dog ( rescue) that isn’t chicken friendly.
